Hello we are from NY and are coming up this weekend to pick up milk just outside Boston and I wondered if the milk is still available if we could pick it up? My daughter has been on donated BM since birth and we would like to keep her on it for as long as possible. Smile Please let me know thanks mamagoose2006@yahoo.com

Blessings,

I have 100-150 oz or so (not sure exactly) in bags (then double-bagged in freezer ziplocs) in my chest freezer in Boston. Milk was pumped from November to February, when my baby was 15-18 months old. He still nurses a lot, but goes to daycare three days a week, and my breasts never know what day it is (lol) so I pump when I'm at work even though I don't send breastmilk into daycare with him--hence the freezer stash.

I've donated milk twice before, once through the former yahoo group here. I have a copy of my prenatal bloodwork you can see if you'd like. I take no medications except for the mini-pill (BCP) and the occasional Tylenol.

I would rather not hassle shipping, but anyone who would like to pick up the milk is welcome to it. I'm right in Boston, near Symphony Hall/the South End.
