Re: Milk to donate in Tacoma area
I'm in Seattle, and I have 8 month old twins. I try my best to keep up with their milk needs, but can't quite do it on my own. Thanks to generous donors like you, they are still formula free. We'd love to keep it that way! Do you still have milk to donate? If so, I'd be happy to come pick it up at your convenience and replace the bags for you. I have a short health questionnaire I like to use with donors, so please let me know if you're interested, and I'll send it your way. My email is wickman.marianna@gmail.com. Either email me directly or let me know yours and I'll send you the questionnaire.
All the best,
Marianna

Milk to donate in Tacoma area
I'm 26 and eat a very average diet. I avoid high amounts of caffeine (maybe 1 can of diet coke in a day), don't do drugs or drink alcohol. I have been taking prenatal vitamins the whole time and started taking the "mini-pill" about 1 week ago, which my doctor has said is completely fine for breastfeeding. If the birth control is an issue, I still have plenty of milk (maybe 250 oz's or so) that was pumped before I started the pills.
I would really like to donate the milk as soon as possible since I'm running out of room for our food. Meeting somewhere in Tacoma would be the most ideal, I'm coming from East Tacoma, shipping is not preferred. I don't have any specific requirements for a recipient, just want it to go a baby in need!
