3 month old in need of milk

Post by kayceedimmick on Fri Sep 23, 2011 4:58 am

Hi, my son is 3 months old and hasnt been able to tolerate milk based or soy based formula. He has had fevers off and on since birth, and we have been to the hospital several days for them. Right now he is suffering with ear infections in both ears and has been on a nursing strike for almost a week. My supply has decreased dramatically and even fenugreek, blessed thistle, red respberry leaves, etc. aren't helping a bit, only makes my heart feel jittery. If you still have some milk I would be interested in meeting with you. Im in nashville.

Looking for breast milk for adopted infant

Post by brachr on Mon Sep 12, 2011 3:57 pm

If you still hae available milk I would love to pay the shipping costs to have it shipped to knoxville. We just adopted our first child and so far have had to feed him formula (he's 4 months old), but would love to be able to give him healthy breast milk. I live in Knoxville, TN

Freezer FULL with breast milk. Would love to donate to child with medical needs.

Post by amandalipscomb on Thu Aug 18, 2011 3:48 am

I am a healthy, 24 yr old mom with an excess of pumped breast milk. I had my baby 3 weeks ago and my freezer is already full! I do not give her bottles so all of it needs to go! I would love to donate locally (Nashville, TN), but I am willing to ship if you pay the shipping costs. I drink caffeine in moderation (a max of 1 a day) and do not take any medications (aside from the motrin as I am still recovering from delivery). Please message me if interested. I'd prefer to donate to a child with medical needs, but I am willing to donate to anyone. Most of the bags I have frozen are 8oz of milk and I have over 300 ounces stored up so far. Thank you!
