Metro Milwaukee area Mom - MILK SPOKEN FOR Empty Metro Milwaukee area Mom - MILK SPOKEN FOR

My name is Stacey and I am new to the concept of milk sharing. I was originally planning to donate to a milk bank, but I then learned that this particular organization sold their milk to Prolacta Biomedical, who would then turn around and sell it for a major profit. Boo hiss!

My husband and I have a beautiful 14-week-old daughter, Peyton, who I have been exclusively pumping for from the start and I'm producing 2-3 times what she is taking. I was paranoid of my supply dropping, so I have continued to pump as much as I did in the beginning. I work one day a week as a cake decorator, so I have no pumping schedule conflicts. This means I have more than enough milk to share with another local mom.

I do not smoke nor drink caffeine or alcohol. I enjoy yoga and jogging with the stroller and one of my dogs. I eat a pretty healthy diet (lots of fruits and veggies) and have been taking prenatals and fish oil. I live in the western suburbs of Milwaukee and am not interested in shipping.

I currently have close to 200 ounces of frozen milk (from June through now) and am running out of freezer space. Of course if you live close enough we may be able to work out a fresh milk exchange.

Please email me at stacey@papertaco.com. Hope to hear from you soon!
