Fat/cream in the milk

Post by Feb2011Mom on Tue Apr 26, 2011 8:30 am

Hi all,
I am a new donor, having made a single donation of around 180 oz this month. I have a question - There seems to be a lot of fat/cream that sticks to the bottles after I store them in the refrigerator. What is the ideal way to transfer the milk by including the cream when I freeze the bags?

Thanks,
Sanjivita.

If you gently swirl the milk around a bit and put your warm hand on the spot where the milk has collected on the bottle you should be able to get it to mix back in.
