Hi there! I am not a mom in need of milk (I've been a donor several times) but have you checked out the Eats on Feets - Michigan page on Facebook? That's another good resource for connecting with a recipient of your milk, especially since you have so much! Please check it out, because there are regular posts there of women seeking milk.

Also, FYI I'm not sure how common it is to expect a recipient to reimburse you for pump parts. But for milk bags, sure. That's pretty normal.

Good luck!

Katie

I have 1000 or more oz in my freezer that I need to donate. I pump much more than my daughter consumes. Most of the milk is packaged in 6-10 oz portions in lansinoh bags from late August 2010 when my daughter was born up until now. I have donated through milkshare a few years ago after my 2nd son was born.

I am a non smoking, non drinking mother who eats a varied diet. I currently take only prenatal vitamins. I would prefer a person to pick up as it is too hard to ship with kids. I would need to be reimbursed for the milk bags and possibly pump parts as well.

Thanks!
