Dairy, Soy & Peanut free ready to go!
Re: Dairy, Soy & Peanut free ready to go!
If not, I am very interested in learning about your diet (i.e., what did you do for snacks and quick meals). I am attempting to relactate (not very successful so far), but if and when I able to make some milk, i will have to cut all of these foods out of my diet. I had to cut dairy and soy out for my first son and I got very sick because I wasn't getting enough calories. Any advice on how to do this successfully and not feel awful the whole time?

If your milk is still available I'd love to coordinate a pick up with you. My daughter is suspected of all those allergies plus more. At this point my supply is maxed out and I can't provide enough with the severe dietary restrictions (top 8 plus rice, cantaloupe, gluten, raisins, watermelon, sugar, goats milk, bananas, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers). We've tested milk with a friend of mine who is dairy, soy, and peanut free (gluten as well) and we're pretty confident that my daughter is reactive to *MY* reactions. Thanks!
