I am reaching out... In desperation... that i can find donor milk for my son. He is 10 weeks old and is allergic to formula/soy. He also has a condition that also keeps him from be able to digest anything other then breastmilk. I was diagnosed with intra-ductal yeast, mastitis and marsa staph infection. The staph infection had gotten so bad that i was forced to stop nursing so that i could go on stronger medication. The strain of staph i had was resistant to the antibiotics. I risked loosing my breasts as the infection went deeper in to my tissues. Since this... i have been depending on the kindness of complete strangers with the willness to help my son. As of right know i am down to my last few days of milk for him. I wouldn't be posting this up and reaching out across the country trying to find moms that care enough to help if this wasn't my last option. We have tried everything, our doctors have tried everything... Our insurance wont cover milk banks... our credit cards are maxed out from the $5/oz plus shipping from the milk banks. We had gotten a few one time donations. Which has gotten us a little ways and i am so thankful for every last oz. today i am at the end of my rope in tears... watching my son not gain weight and moms contacting me saying they would help or save up so we can ship. Then change there mind, then donate to a milk bank, or there husbands think it's weird or they just don't even message me back. This Has just taken a toll on me... I cant give up on my son, and i don't know what else to do. I have exhausted every avenue of hope... it would mean the world to him and myself if anyone can help. Please pass this on if u are unable to help but are wililng to share our story..... Thanki you, Kristen and little Ziggy for taking the time to read...
