Looking for milk!!! Empty Re: Looking for milk!!!

I have a great friend that has been visiting her family in Orem. She has donated to my other friend here in VA where we live. I sent her with my portable pump and she has about 40-50 oz frozen and doesn't want to bring them back. She wants to find someone who could pick it up tomorrow. Please let me know if you are still interested in getting her milk in Orem. Thanks

Looking for milk!!! Empty Looking for milk!!!

Post by littleforeverfamily Sat Nov 13, 2010 10:18 pm

I have a blog, so that you can check our story out in better detail, but here are the basics.

Our little guy will be 4 weeks this next Wednesday. He faced some huge health problems, both while in-utero and once he was born. He underwent heart surgery at 6 days and came home 11 days after he was born. He was born at 36 weeks and 4 days also. This is our fourth child, third pregnancy. Our first two passed away, and my only other try at pumping and feeding was our second son, whom I pumped for during his short 7 weeks. I tried everything than to try to get my milk supply up, but because of a a breast reduction at 19, there is just not much there. We are trying to keep our little guy on breast milk as long as possible, so we are looking for any donations in our area (we are in the Utah County area.) Thank-you to all of you for any help!
