I have always thought that you have to be a very special person to be willing to give something so personal and time consuming for free. However, I would not have been able to pay for breast milk and could never afford to have any shipped to me either. I would also have reservations about accepting milk that I paid for b/c I would be concerned that it may not actually be breast milk at all and that someone was just trying to make some easy money. When money gets involved in something like this it takes away the purity of it to me, but I'm a recipient so I may have a different perspective than a donor might.
