Yes, I would be happy to share my milk with you. I have about 12 bags now, each with about 4 ounces or so. Would you rather wait a bit until I have a larger stored supply, or, do you want your friend to take what I have now? Since our babies are about the same age (my daughter is 6 weeks now), maybe it would be good to get the milk sooner, so he has "young baby" milk while he is a young baby? I am fine either way. Maybe calling me is the best way to go. 617 529 9847 is my cell phone number. -Nora

I have a 2.5 month old, not sure if that is young enough, but my good friend lives in Arlington and would be willing to pick it up and bring it for me when I see her each week. I am unable to produce due to a congenital anomaly. Let me know if you are seeking a younger baby. If so, you might call some lactation consultants and let them know since they would typically see preemie babies earlier than the preemie mothers would think to get on MilkShare.

Thanks for your generosity!

Milk to donate in Arlington MA

Post by noramama on Thu Oct 21, 2010 10:24 pm

I have a 6 week old baby, and have milk to donate. I don't have a lot, but it is from these first weeks, so I would like to give it to a preemie or young baby. I have about 10 bags, maybe more.

Thank you!
