Brooklyn Adoptive Mom Needs Milk
Re: Brooklyn Adoptive Mom Needs Milk
First congratulations! And thanks so much for the reply. I'm definitely interested and would love to speak with you a bit more about it. I've never done this before, so I'm not really sure what all to ask. I suppose you'd let me know if you were taking any medications or anything. But beyond that, maybe just logistics ... where you live and if there's anything I need to know about picking up. (I'm in Clinton Hill). I would of course pick up at your convenience whenever you're ready. Maybe at some point we could speak on the phone a bit and work that stuff out?
So I'll just give you my phone and email and you can give me a shout whenever you can.
Again thanks so much for your offer.
Best, Carol

Re: Brooklyn Adoptive Mom Needs Milk
I had my daughter August 27 and she has been a voracious eater - and as a result I already have started pumping milk that she won't be having. I plan to freeze all my extra milk and will be looking for someone to pick up locally. This is my second baby and for my first I donated through milk-share very successfully. Let me know if you would be interested and any information you would like to know about me.

Brooklyn Adoptive Mom Needs Milk
My husband and I just adopted a baby girl, Nahia, now nearly a month old. And we are hoping to find someone local willing to donate breast milk. We can't really afford to pay shipping costs right now, so the NYC area is pretty much our only option.
If you are a donor or know of someone in our area, please feel free to get in touch anytime.
Thanks so much,
Carol
