We would LOVE to stop and get the milk tomorrow on our way home from NC. I saw that you wrote to me, but for some reason the message was gone when I tried to reply! Thanks SO much. This would be such a huge help!! Please email me at: 7wonderfulblessings@gmail.com

400 oz. available in central VA - TAKEN

Post by carrie on Fri Aug 13, 2010 8:18 pm

I have 400 oz available in central Virginia. I am in Staunton which is south of Harrisonburg, west of Charlottesville and north of Roanoke. It's also about a 2 hour drive from NOVA and Richmond so we are convenient to a large area.

My baby is 9 weeks old and I get about 8 extra oz a day that are frozen. The colostrum and first few weeks of milk are spoken for but I have about 400 oz I still need to donate to make room in my freezer.
It can be a one time donation or a continuing donation as I will probably continue to have at least some extra.

I would prefer not to ship but will consider it to the right family if expenses are covered.

I am not dairy or wheat-free.
I do not smoke or drink alcohol ever. I have very little caffeine (twice a week maybe).
I take daily iron, DHA supplement, and a prenatal vitamin. I also take the mini-pill (birth control) and Lexapro for PPD but have been assured by OB that both are safe for breast feeding.
This is my second child and both have been exclusively breast fed.
