HI Stacey,

We are looking for milk for my little 1 month old. If you are still nursing, and able to pump, I would be able to pick up. We are about 40 mins from you. I am also taking a BP med similar to yours. Doesn't concern me. I have a congenital anomaly of the breast, but my baby gets a bit of milk from me because I nurse exclusively with an SNS.

Feel free to call or email 508-244-4410 or yaaykhadi@gmail.com

Many thanks!

Willing to donate: Lowell area (will mail)

Post by Stacey on Fri Jul 02, 2010 7:42 am

My son Jacob was born in March. He is a great eater which is great because I am great milk producer. I've been pumping everyday and now realize I have a large supply in deep freezer. I am willing to donate 100oz now and probably 40-50oz every month in the future. When I return back to work in the fall as a teacher I will have to see though.

I am a healthy, non-smoking 31-year old. While pregnant and while nursing I did not and am not drinking any alcohol. I tried to donate through a milk bank but was not eligible due to a blood pressure medicine and prenatal vitamin I take. Labetalol is safe for me and Jacob and I took it throughout my pregnancy. I have been on it for 5 years. I regularly donate blood while on it. I'd be happy to do any blood work you want me to do at your expense. I am also willing to ship the milk, at your expense.

Let me know if I can help anyone out.
Stacey
